StreetWise Finance is a financial literacy awareness initiative aimed at achieving financial inclusion and consumer protection in South Africa. The objective of the programme is to provide basic financial literacy (‘be streetwise’) to the people of South Africa, one group at a time, thereby creating a broader, more financially literate community and nation. The course is designed in a way that introduces financial knowledge, attitudes and skills to change behaviour that will positively impact South Africans’ general financial well-being.
